Services may be delivered through:
• Subscription-based engagements (1, 3, or 6 months)
• One-time or project-based work
All services are defined and agreed upon before work begins.
2. Engagement & Onboarding
Work begins only after:
• Agreement on scope of work
• Payment confirmation (full or partial as agreed)
Clients are responsible for providing necessary access, information, and materials required for execution.
Delays in providing required inputs may affect timelines.
3. Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
• 1-month plans require full payment upfront
• 3-month plans require partial upfront payment with the remaining balance due as agreed
• 6-month plans may require multiple upfront payments before work begins
Project-Based Work
• Payment terms are defined per project
• Work may require full or partial upfront payment
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. No Guaranteed Results
While we apply proven strategies and best practices:
• Results such as rankings, traffic, or revenue are not guaranteed
• Performance may vary based on market conditions, competition, and external factors
We focus on improving performance, not promising specific outcomes.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant necessary access to platforms (website, analytics, ads, etc.)
• Respond in a timely manner when required
• Approve deliverables or provide feedback as needed
Failure to do so may impact performance and timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
• Work created during the engagement becomes the client’s property upon full payment
• Vedgex Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or case studies unless otherwise agreed
7. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential.
We do not share sensitive business information with third parties except as required for service delivery or legal obligations.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement under the following conditions:
• Breach of agreement
• Non-payment
• Failure to cooperate
Subscription plans remain valid for the agreed duration unless otherwise specified.
No refunds are guaranteed after work has commenced.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vedgex Digital is not liable for:
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Third-party platform changes (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Technical issues beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
10. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
We may use third-party tools such as:
• Google Analytics
• Meta (Facebook) Ads
• Email marketing platforms
We are not responsible for changes, policies, or outages related to these platforms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
